Open Source Psychiatry

"Open Source Psychiatry" began as a series of lectures and didactic emails for the psychiatry residents at the University of Rochester. It evolved into a compilation of essays, poetry, and literary criticism focusing on 3 questions:

1. How can technology transform healthcare?

2. How can technology create a meritocracy of learning?

3. What are the best practices (i.e. standard of care) for taking care of patients with psychiatric illneses?

In November of 2017, "Open Source Psychiatry" was ranked the # 1 free book in Amazon's Kindle Store in the Science Essays and Commentary section.
